By submitting an application or otherwise providing your information to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

When you fill out our application form or otherwise contact us, we may collect:

• Full name, email address and phone / WhatsApp number
• City and country of residence
• The position you are applying for and your English level
• Details relevant to your application, such as prior call center experience, equipment and internet availability, and schedule availability
• Any additional message or information you choose to share with us
• If we ask you to complete a video application during the hiring process, the video and its contents

We may also automatically collect limited technical information — such as pages visited and general usage data — through analytics tools used to keep the site running well. See Section 5 (Cookies & Analytics) below.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Review and evaluate your job application
• Contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email about your application and next steps
• Match you with relevant remote contact center campaigns and positions
• Coordinate interviews and paid training if you are selected
• Maintain records of applicants and comply with legal or contractual obligations
• Improve our website and application process

We use your information only to review your application and contact you about job opportunities. We do not share your data with third parties.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in the following circumstances:

• With the contact center campaigns or clients you are applying to work with, so they can evaluate and process your application
• With service providers that help us operate the site and hiring process (for example, WhatsApp / Meta for messaging, hosting and analytics providers), who are only permitted to use your information to perform services for us
• If required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety or property of EasyPage or others
• With your consent, or as otherwise disclosed at the time you provide your information

4. Data Retention

We retain application information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate your candidacy, staff open positions, and comply with our legal and recordkeeping obligations. If you are not selected for a position, we may keep your information on file to consider you for future opportunities unless you ask us to delete it.

This site uses basic analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed) so we can improve it. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site functionality.
